It sounds like Rob Kardashian is doing everything he can to make sure he’s around to watch his little girl Dream Kardashian grow up. On June 17, Rob revealed that he was getting back in the gym and starting a new fitness journey, and on June 19, he explained his super positive, super healthy approach this time around.

After Perez Hilton (who has managed to get himself into great shape over the years) reminded Rob to take things “slow and steady” and to “be consistent,” Rob proved that he’s soaking up all of the great advice people are offering him. “I agree with you on this one ! 🙂 💪💪💙,” he responded.

He continued to talk about his weight loss philosophy, sharing, “I don’t weigh myself yet lol and I really don’t care about the numbers, just want to be healthy and that’s all :).” He also thanked Perez and his devoted fans for their “encouraging words.”

Just two days earlier, Rob revealed to his followers that he was trying to take his health seriously again after an unsuccessful attempt to get in shape while dating his ex Blac Chyna. “Day 1 all good 💪💪🤰🏻🤰🏻🖖🖖,” he captioned a photo of a home gym and basketball court which fans assume is located either in his or one of his sisters’ homes.

Rob has famously struggled with his weight for the past several years, and his insecurities have caused him to step away from the spotlight in a major way. Not only does he not film Keeping Up with the Kardashians anymore, but he also avoids many family events and is never fully pictured in photos.

Instead, his social media is full of pics of his beautiful daughter, who he is clearly super devoted to. Lately, he’s been much more active on Twitter, so hopefully we’ll be seeing much more of him soon once he gets his confidence back!
