Sean Penn and estranged wife Robin Wright Penn are reportedly getting close again after the 49-year-old called off her engagement to actor Ben Foster.

A source tells RadarOnline, “All their friends and family are going to go into meltdown if they get back together again, but Sean and Robin are talking every day right now.”

Perhaps, it’s because the duo are both experiencing heartbreaks at the same time since Sean, 55, also broke off his relationship with Charlize Theron, 40.

And it seems that old love never dies, especially after 14 years together. “She [Robin] was always Sean’s soulmate and he says that’s why they clashed so much,” the source also revealed. “She gets him like no one else.”
Here’s hoping these soulmates reconcile for good!
