Selena Gomez Freaked out After Making a Baby Cry and TBH, We Don’t Blame Her
The only thing worse than getting rejected by a puppy, is getting rejected by a baby! Sadly, this a reality that Selena Gomez now knows all too well. On May 16, the “It Ain’t Me” singer appeared at a PUMA event in Los Angeles. As she was walking through a crowd of fans, she stopped to greet an adorable toddler. Instead of receiving the praise that she’s surely used to, the baby was not having it and immediately started crying. Ouch! Check out the video above to see the cringeworthy interaction.
Have you ever seen anything so relatable? Just goes to show that while some 25-year-old’s are having babies, some are running away from them. Aside from the toddler fiasco, it seems that Selena went on to have a great day — filled with plenty of fans who were actually happy to meet her.
Right now is a very exciting time for the songstress. May 18 marks the return of the critically acclaimed Netflix series, 13 Reasons Why, which Selena co-produced alongside her mother, Mandy Teefey. In addition to production, the brunette beauty has announced new music for the second season, including a stunning ballad called “Back To You” — which is already available on iTunes.
What’s even more amazing, is that proceeds from the soundtrack will be donated to the Trevor Project and Crisis Text Line. Both organizations are hugely instrumental in helping those suffering from suicidal thoughts, as well as spreading proper awareness about suicide. So, while it’s clear Selena isn’t great with babies, she’s still an amazing person.
