Well, it might be a little too late for Justin Bieber to say “sorry” to Selena Gomez’s family! Ever since the duo was spotted hanging out again, fans have been over the moon about their reconciliation. But some of Sel’s pals and family members are less than thrilled.

Because of that, the couple has decided to take things slow, and even spent the recent holiday weekend apart, according to E! News. “They both spent Thanksgiving with their families. Justin went to Canada and Selena was in Texas,” a source said. “They are still doing really well together, but they agreed it was best for them to be with their families for the holiday.”

The source added, “Selena felt it was too soon for Justin to come to Texas with her. Her family is still getting comfortable with the idea of them back together.” Though they were apart physically, they spent a good chunk of the weekend Facetiming each another, the source shared.

Justin does have faith, however, that the Gomez fam will accept him eventually. “Justin says he hopes he can spend Christmas with her but knows that it will take a very long time for her family to accept him back in,” the insider explained.

Well, the young couple’s families better get used to the idea of their relationship because, as Life & Style previously revealed, Justin, 23, and Selena, 25, are looking to move in together sooner rather than later. “They’re already hunting for a home,” a friend of the couple said. “It was Selena’s idea, and Justin is all for it.
