Ever since her stint in rehab last year, Selena Gomez has said very little about her private life — even when photos of her and new boyfriend The Weeknd were released in January. But while chatting with Vogue for their 73 questions series, the singer may have spilled a deet about the couple’s relationship!
When asked about the best surprise she’s ever received, the 24-year-old admitted, “A romantic dinner on a rooftop.” How could the brunette beauty not be talking about her musician beau?
A few other highlights from the interview include a lesson she learned from her parents — “Everyone is equal and everything happens for a reason” — her biggest pet peeve — “People who are rude” — and the message she has for her 114 million Instagram followers — “I get to do what I love every single day and it’s because of you. Thank you.”
The former Disney Channel star previously opened up to the mag about why she’s suddenly more closed off when it comes to dating in the spotlight, telling writer Rob Haskell that everything she's "said about her relationships in the past has come back to bite her."
But that hasn't stopped fans from wanting to get the dirt! “Look, I love what I do, and I’m aware of how lucky I am. But, how can I say this without sounding weird? I just really can’t wait for people to forget about me,” she revealed, adding that her assistant started posting to social media on her behalf after she became obsessed with checking the apps.
“It had become so consuming to me. It's what I woke up to and went to sleep to. I was an addict, and it felt like I was seeing things I didn't want to see, like it was putting things in my head that I didn't want to care about,” she confessed.
