Christmas has come early for all you Sarah Jessica Parker fans, as it’s been revealed the Sex and the City alum is reportedly returning to HBO to star in a new show called ‘Divorce’!

According to TVLine, “Parker is nearing a deal to return to the pay cabler as the star of a potential new half-hour comedy series that tells the story of a very, very long divorce.”

SJP, who won us all over with her portrayal as Manolo Blahnik-loving sex columnist Carrie Bradshaw in ‘SATC’ from 1998 – 2004, would play a middle-aged woman who starts to dabble with the idea of divorce after her recently single friends bring it up. She embarks on an affair, which her husband finds out about and promptly calls off their marriage.

Basically, this is how we imagine Carrie and Big’s life six years after they said “I do” in the first ‘SATC’ film. Oh, and it will take place in NYC.

Though the show has yet to get the green light, TVLine reports the network has enlisted British writer-actress Sharon Hogan and comedian Rob Delaney to write the pilot.

And just like Miranda told Big in the second to last ‘Sex’ episode, we have a message for you HBO: “Go get our girl.”
