Lea Michele toyed with the idea of a nose job in the early stages of her career, but she's thankful today that she never went through with it. "I grew to really love myself, all my different parts. Because if I had changed that, I might not be where I am today," she said.

Despite having a small chest, Kelly Ripa never felt breast implants were necessary. "I like to say I’m a 32A long…I've added the long because I’ve nursed three kids,” she said.

Tina Fey is more than content with her looks. "I wouldn't trade the small thin-lipped mouth that makes me resemble my nephew. I wouldn't even trade the acne scar on my right cheek, because that recurring zit spent more time with me in college than any boy ever did," she joked.

Mindy Kaling has admitted that she "wasn't considered attractive enough" in past auditions. Regardless, the actress refuses to change her body in any way.

Sophia Loren recently revealed that in the early stages of her career, she was told she needed to get plastic surgery to fix her nose and mouth. But, despite all the pressure, the actress stood strong and refused.

"I always tried not to listen to these people. They were saying that my nose was too long and my mouth was too big," she said. "It didn't hurt me at all because when I believe in something, it's like war. It's a battle."

Kate Winslet embraces her age — even if that means a few wrinkles. "I will particularly say when I look at movie posters, 'You guys have airbrushed my forehead. Please can you change it back?'" she said.

The only thing that's changed about Paris Hilton over the years is that she no longer dances on tables.

The 34-year-old has steered clear of plastic surgery, claiming, “I’ve never done anything in my life … People love making things up, but I am very lucky that I listened to my mom through my young age. She told me to stay away from the sun, so my friends would be frying in the sun everyday and now they all look much older and all have Botox."

"I even asked my dermatologist if I should do it and he’s like, ‘I refuse to do it to you … Your skin is so perfect. I will not do it to you until you need it and I don’t know if you ever will.’ I am happy with that. I have nothing against it; all my friends have done everything—boobs, nose, chin, cheeks. I live in Hollywood so I’m used to seeing it. It’s just that I’ve never wanted to do it.”
