Tamra Judge is an open book when it comes to her plastic surgery procedures, and the Real Housewives of Orange County star is giving her fans a behind-the-scenes look at her recent facelift.

In a series of graphic photos of her face after going under the knife, Tamra looked worse for wear following her lower facelift and eyelid tuck, which was performed by plastic surgeon Dr. Milind Ambe.

“Yes I was scared s–tless! But I’ve seen Dr. Ambe’s work on my Mom and knew I was in good hands. I wanted a very natural look and it’s exactly what he’s known for,” she wrote on Instagram. “Today it’s been 17 days and I feel great, my neck is still stiff and my ears and jawline are slightly swollen and numb. That will all change in a few weeks.”

My doctors name is Dr. Milind Ambe of Newport Beach , @milindambemd you’ve probably seen him on the show before. These pics were taking all within the first week. Yes I was scared shitless! There was little pain and bruising involved (everyone is different) the hardest part for me was staying still for 2 weeks. On day 12 I got the stomach flu which sucked! Today it’s been 17 days and I feel great, my neck is still stiff and my ears and jawline are slightly swollen and numb. That will all change in a few weeks. She also revealed she got the stomach flu during the healing process but has no regrets about her mini-makeover.

“I’m open and honest about it because I want women to know that everyone gets old even people on TV and there is nothing wrong with growing old gracefully if that’s what you want…… It’s just not for me,” she hilariously added. “I like to keep it real!”

When the pint-sized bodybuilder appeared on Watch What Happens Live on Monday night, she explained that she underwent the cosmetic procedure after losing a lot of body fat, which made her skin droopy.

“[I] feel like you look like a cabbage patch kid [with fillers], so I say pull it, don’t plump it,” she said. “So two weeks ago I went and had a little tuck. Andy, this is my 10-year anniversary of being on the show. I’m taking it back to Season 3.”

She continued, “I call it a comeback. I don’t call it a face[lift].”
