Tarek El Moussa and His Girlfriend Heather Rae Young Make Their Relationship IG Official: ‘I Met Someone Special’
You know it’s real when it’s Instagram official! Tarek El Moussa shared his first set of photos with his new girlfriend, Heather Rae Young, and we couldn’t be happier for them.
The Flip or Flop star, 36, posted a series of photos with his special lady on Thursday, August 8, along with a very sweet caption. “It’s official!!!! After more than three years on my own, I’m so PROUD to say that this beautiful, sweet and talented young lady is my girlfriend!” he began his caption. “I’ll be honest and say I never thought I would meet someone special in my life after the last three years. Then, out of the blue, @heatherraeyoung walked into my life. The first time I saw her smile she ‘did that thing to my tummy’ and I knew right away I needed to get to know her … so I asked her out!! She said yes.”
He continued, “In life you can’t predict the future! I couldn’t predict divorce! I couldn’t predict two cancers! I couldn’t predict my back injury! You just never know what tomorrow brings.”
To conclude the lengthy post, Tarek reiterated how happy the 31-year-old makes him. “I just want to let the world know I met someone special that makes me want to be a better man. 🙂 So let’s all welcome @heatherraeyoung into my life. It’s still new and we are both so excited for the future! So tell me!! Are we a cute couple or what?” How sweet!
His Instagram announcement came hours after he revealed to Access Live that Heather recently met his family, including his two kids, whom he shares with ex-wife Christina Anstead. “Last night, she met my kids, my mom, my dad, my sister, the entire family. It was a big night,” he confessed. “I never thought I would say these words again, but I do have a girlfriend.”
