Amber Portwood allegedly posed the biggest issue while trying to decide to return or not. “Amber was the last to sign her contract,” said the report. “She actually didn’t sign on officially until last week. She was really the only one who was holding out.”

Changing Her Mind

The back-and-forth was all because Amber very publicly announced she was quitting the show in November 2018. “I can’t do this anymore, I have to quit this show,” she tweeted. “I don’t feel like this is right for my life anymore.” Luckily, it sounds like she changed her mind!

Bristol Palin, Cheyenne Floyd, and baby daddy Cory Wharton were new to the show on season 7, and former star Farrah Abraham has consistently shaded them and blamed the newbies for the drop in ratings.

Fans were worried Bristol may not come back after she complained about how the show portrayed her on social media. “No matter how bad @teenmom tries to portray my ‘life’… my babies, my family, my close friends, they know the TRUTH,” she wrote.

Luckily, Bristol since changed her tune and she’s reportedly signed on for season 8. “Bristol actually had a shoot schedule this past weekend,” said the source. “As far as I have heard, she didn’t give anyone any trouble and signed on pretty quickly.”
