The Boston Red Sox Are The 2013 World Series Champions: Stars Celebrate on Twitter
The Boston Red Sox are World Series champions for the third time in less than 10 years — and Hollywood couldn't be more excited.
After the team demolished the St. Louis Cardinals with a 6-1 victory, everyone from Boston natives Donnie Wahlberg and Chris Evans to funny man Steve Martin (his post might be our favorite) tweeted about the epic game.

It marks the first time the Sox (who we're hoping finally shave their beards — or at least dress up as the Duck Dynasty family for Halloween today) have won the World Series at Fenway Park since 1918!
The win means a lot to Beantown this year. It comes six months after the Boston Marathon bombing. Comedian Dane Cook made note of that by tweeting, "Boston’s such a special city. After all the insanity it went through it has repaired itself and thrived. Such a special win. #BostonStrong.”
