Finally, Travis Scott has broken his silence on the birth of his daughter, Stormi Webster, with Kylie Jenner. The 25-year-old was asked about his newborn on Saturday, Feb. 17, and the proud dad couldn’t help but gush about his baby girl. “She’s beautiful,” he told TMZ as he left Poppy nightclub in LA.

After months of speculation, the “Butterfly Effect” rapper and his lip kit mogul girlfriend welcomed their first child together on Feb. 1. The 20-year-old took to Instagram on Sunday, Feb. 4 to give fans an explanation for the reason why she hid her pregnancy and she shared a sweet tribute video featuring moments from the past nine months — including clips of her with her baby daddy.

Kylie shared a short clip of the video on her Instagram page, and she also shared a lengthy statement announcing her baby girl’s birth and she opened up about her experience with her first pregnancy. “I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions,” she wrote. “I understand you’re used to be bringing you along on all my journeys. My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress-free, and healthy way I knew how. There was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness.”

Kylie’s momager Kris Jenner took to Instagram to share Kylie’s video clip and she also could not contain her excitement about welcoming another grandchild. “God is SO good!! I am so excited and thrilled to welcome another precious baby girl to our beautiful, ever growing family,” Kris wrote. “We are blessed beyond belief!”

But don’t expect to see more photos of baby Stormi anytime soon. A source told Us Weekly last week that the reality star isn’t ready to share her daughter with the world just yet. “Kylie hasn’t been sending any pictures of Stormi to her friend group outside her two best friends, she’s trying to keep her private still.”
