If your significant other didn't write a touching message along with a photo of you on Instagram, did you even really have a birthday? Kylie Jenner got the royal treatment in that regard from her man Travis Scott on Aug. 10, when he took to Instagram to sweetly wish her a happy 21st... and he even got fans chattering by calling her his "wifey!"
La Flame thrilled fans by posting two never-before-seen photos of him and Kylie to honor her special day. The first was them posing in front of his Astroworld plane, and the second featured an outdoor cuddle sesh. However, it was what he wrote in the caption that really got fans talking.
"Happy bday wifey," he began. "I love u mommy. U my heart, rib, toes, and all. May god continue to bless u and ur spirit. This mark in ur life is the start to more greatness." How sweet!
If you thought it was interesting that he called his baby mama "wifey," you're not the only one. "He called her wifey ☺" wrote one excited fan, while another chimed in "I didn't know they were married." To be fair, his use of the pet name doesn't necessarily mean they're married, but the sentiment is still the same: she's his lifelong ride-or-die!
Kylie was smitten, responding, "Baby!!!! I love you!" with a heart emoji. The couple spent the evening before dancing the night away at Kylie's 21st birthday party, and fans savored every second of it because it's rare that they post photos or videos together.
It looks like Travis learned his lesson after nearly forgetting her birthday altogether. "Travis apologized profusely," a source told Life & Style exclusively. "And swore that he'd do something extra special to make it up to her." It looks like he made good on his promise!
