Tristan Thompson Is Only Staying With Khloé Kardashian Because He Feels Guilty for Cheating (EXCLUSIVE)
Serial cheater Tristan Thompson strikes again! The 27-year-old was exposed for cheating on baby mama Khloé Kardashian just days before she was set to give birth to their daughter, True Thompson. Ever since the delivery, the couple has put on a united front, but sources exclusively told Life & Style that Tristan is only sticking around because he feels bad about hooking up with other women.
"Tristan's hanging in there because he feels guilty for cheating," the source revealed. But things aren't exactly going smoothly between Khloé and Tristan, even though he decided to stay by the reality star's side. She's reportedly kept him on "a tight leash," and Tristan misses the freedom he had before he got caught cheating with Instagram model Lani Blair at a club in NYC.
"The more Khloé watches him like a hawk, the more she'll push him away," the source told Life & Style. To be honest, it's not a total shock that Khloé is keeping a close eye on her man — he did cheat on her during an incredibly vulnerable time in her life. However, if Koko can't loosen the reigns a bit, it looks like Tristan will be out the door.
During the NBA Finals, sources told Us Weekly, "Tristan is completely emotionally and physically exhausted from the cheating allegations, and of course, the playoffs." While this might be the most pathetic excuse on the planet for wanting to move past his own cheating scandal, it sounds like Tristan is getting fed up with it all.
Not only does he have to deal with his actions in the press, but he also has to deal with it at home. Although he and Khloé have recently been seen out and about together, the Good American founder finally admitted that it's taken so much work to even coexist with Tristan after the cheating scandal.
After one fan called Khloé a "hypocrite" for staying with Tristan, she clapped back on Twitter. "Not exactly, you have no knowledge of what goes on in our household or the enormous rebuilding this takes to even coexist," Khloé explained. "I'm proud of my strength. I appreciate your opinion, and I hope you hold that same opinion to everyone else who has stayed in situations."
Khloé seems to have her head on straight — she knows exactly what and who she's sticking with, but does Tristan have the same amount of respect for her and their relationship? Will he stay with Koko out of love instead of guilt? Only time will tell!
