Which ‘Love Is Blind’ Season 8 Couples Are Still Together? Only 1 Couple Got Married This Season

The midseason trailer showed Monica standing at the altar on her wedding day, but fans had to wait until the Love Is Blind season 8 finale to find out if they both decided to take the leap into marriage. Ultimately, Monica couldn’t pull the trigger when the time came and she told Joey no at the altar.

“I don’t right now. In this moment, it’s both we’re either 100 percent and I just feel like we’re not quite there,” Monica said.

While Joey seemed sad, he understood.

Ben and Sara

Ben Mezzenga and Sara Carton’s personalities clicked quickly during their time in the pods. However, they hit a bit of a road bump when Ben admitted he wasn’t as knowledgeable on certain social justice issues as Sara would have liked. Ben promised to work on his research and promised Sara that with her by his side, he was more than willing to get more involved. They left the pods engaged after Ben popped the question in episode 5.

Sara and Ben faced some skepticism from family members in the episodes, and no clips from the midseason trailer showed either of them in wedding day attire. As of now, both of them follow each other on Instagram which hinted to at least an amicable relationship. However, fans speculated that Sara herself hinted at a split in a February 2025 interview with Entertainment Weekly, in which she spoke about how she dealt with the criticism Ben faced online.

“It was very confusing, I was trying to weigh everything. And then of course, he’s my fiancé at the time, and I loved him, so I needed to hear his side of the story,” she said. Her use of past tense and “at the time” raised some questions for fans.

While Sara and Ben made it down the aisle, the more Sara thought about their differences, it became clear to her that she and Ben weren’t really a good fit. The officiant asked Sara if she said “I do” first and she told Ben she couldn’t say yes “right now.”

Lauren and David

David Bettenburg and Lauren O’Brien didn’t necessarily have the easiest time in the pods. He developed strong connections with both Lauren and fellow Love Is Blind star Molly Mullaney, a former Minnesota Timberwolves dancer. David ultimately proposed to Lauren and the two looked like they were ready to focus on their happily ever after. They each follow one another on Instagram, which hinted that they were possibly in it for the long haul.

However, by the time episodes 7 through 9 rolled around, their relationship had hit some major roadblocks. Dave couldn’t get past the fact that Lauren was in a casual relationship shortly before arriving to film season 8. Plus, he was confident his sister would never be on board with him marrying someone he met on the show.

By episode 11 of Love Is Blind season 8, the duo had called it quits and broke off their engagement.

Daniel and Taylor

Taylor Haag and Daniel Hastings fell in love quickly after discovering their love for many of the same things like Christmas, Taco Bell and more. When Daniel proposed, Taylor was immediately onboard. However, when they met face-to-face for the first time, the colonoscopy nurse felt like something was off. She later admitted that she felt like Daniel had followed her and then unfollowed her on Instagram, which meant he would have known what she looked like while they were in the pods.

Fans saw Taylor confront Daniel about the issue and tell him that she was “pretty confident” he had followed her on the social media app before arriving in the pods. Daniel denied ever following and unfollowing Taylor, and episode 6 left viewers on the edge of their seats wondering if the situation was ever resolved.

Taylor and Daniel both follow each other on Instagram and they worked out their differences in the end.

They were the only couple to officially tie the knot in season 8.

Devin and Virginia

Devin Buckley felt sparks with sports partnership executive Brittany Dodson and healthcare recruiter Virginia Miller during the first episodes of Love Is Blind season 8. However, it was Virginia who officially won Devin’s heart in the end and she was happy to accept Devin’s sweet proposal in episode 6.

While Devin and Virginia made it down the aisle in the finale, they aren’t following one another on Instagram.

The couple seemed to have a very unproblematic relationship, but when it came time to decide if they would get married, Virginia said she “just wasn’t ready.”
