That’s Not Hot! Paris Hilton And Chris Zylka Reportedly End Engagement
Trouble in Paris-dise. Sadly, Paris Hilton and her fiancé Chris Zylka have broken up after almost two years together, Life & Style can confirm. The 37-year-old reality star and her 33-year-old actor beau reportedly called things off earlier this month. “Their relationship started to become off-kilter after about two years together,” a source claimed to Just Jared.
Their breakup comes on the heels of the two postponing their wedding. They were originally scheduled to tie the knot this fall, but Paris told Life & Style exclusively on Sept. 7 during the Harper’s Bazaar Icons event that her “insane” schedule was to blame for the delay. She continued, “My 24th fragrance comes out during November, so I am going to be on tour in Australia and China and Italy. I am not going to have time [to plan] and I want to make it perfect.”
Paris and Chris have reportedly been friends for about eight years but weren’t romantically linked until early 2017. Chris got down on one knee during their holiday vacation in Aspen in 2018, making this Paris’ third engagement. She was briefly engaged to model Jason Shaw in 2002 and Greek shipping heir Paris Latsis in 2005, but she said this time was different. Paris also told Life and Style, “I have never in my life met a man so loyal, dedicated, and loving. I knew right from the start that I wanted to be with him forever.”
It looks like Chris was just as dedicated. The Leftovers actor even got the heiress’ name tattooed on his forearm in a Disney-inspired font.
Paris reportedly turned down a reboot of The Simple Life to spend more time with her husband-to-be. “I cannot leave him because I love him so much,” she said. “He is my best friend.” She admitted that wedding planning was “very stressful, but I love it.” Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like these two are going to make it down the aisle after all.
