Yolanda Foster Slams Rebecca Romijn After the Actress Disses Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner
This mama bear is defending her cub!
Yolanda Foster isn’t holding back when it comes to standing behind daughter Gigi Hadid and her friend Kendall Jenner after actress Rebecca Romijn threw some shade at the models.
“No one has proven yet that numbers of followers translates to revenue,” Rebecca told Entertainment Tonight. “So it is frustrating. I know a lot of people — legitimate fashion people — can’t stand it. Hate it that these, you know, social media stars are now the supermodels in fashion. They are not true supermodels.”
After the interview, Yolanda took to Twitter to defend the girls. “Kind, hard working and they accomplished more at half your age in the fashion industry,” she wrote.
Rebecca has since attempted to backtrack on Twitter, writing, “Hey @kendalljenner @gigihadid don’t believe the #clickbait. Never talked smack about you. Both amazing & beautiful.”
Neither Kendall nor Gigi have responded to the comments, but it looks like Yolanda has that covered.
