Reese Witherspoon is dating again, an insider confirms exclusively to Life & Style. The star has been quietly seeing CAA talent agent Jim Toth for about three weeks. "They've been on at least 10 dates," the insider close to Jim reveals to Life & Style. "They've been to each other's houses and out to dinner together. Jim is trying to keep it quiet, but he and Reese are together, he's told friends." While the couple are taking things slow and Jim has yet to meet Reese's two children, things between them seem to be getting serious. "They've been acting like a couple ­ they've even double-dated," the insider adds. "You don't go out with another couple unless you're dating. They spend several nights a week together."

While Jim is ready for a long-term commitment, he's not pressuring Reese, says a second insider, who notes, "He's reassessed his life. He suffered a loss last year--the death of his father--and Jim feels it's time to settle down. He's definitely grown up from his younger days as a cocky agent."
