Bethenny Frankel’s Mom Is Ready to Help Jason Hoppy in Court (EXCLUSIVE)
Bethenny Frankel is suing Jason Hoppy for full custody of daughter Bryn, 7, and Bethenny’s estranged mom, Bernadette Birk, tells Life & Style whose side she is on — which could put her own daughter at a disadvantage.
“I am going to reach out to Jason,” Bernadette, who’s been feuding with Bethenny for years, exclusively reveals. “I want to see what has really gone on with the accusations Bethenny has made against him. If I believe him, I will offer to help him in his custody action.”

In January, he was arrested for allegedly stalking and harassing Bethenny, and in October, a judge awarded Bethenny, 47, a six-month stay-away order, mandating that Jason, 47, not contact Bethenny or arrive at Bryn’s school when Bethenny’s there.
“I feel very sorry for Jason,” Bernadette adds. “He seems like a good man.”
