Eva Longoria celebrated her birthday last month on March 15. If we didn't know she was 39 years old, we would've guessed she looked 10 years younger!
We just had to find out her secret to staying sexy, slim and keeping her size 0 figure. At an Ocean Drive magazine event in Miami, we caught up with the former Desperate Housewives star to find out her secret.
"I do a sugar cleanse every 30 days or so," she tells Life & Style. "Sugar is terrible. And everything has sugar: Rice, bread, fruits, everything! It's not easy to get away from it."

At 5-foot-2, Eva says cutting out sugar "is the most slimming" thing she can do and that "it's the diet that gives me the most results!"
