In an exclusive interview with Life & Style, Joe Guidice’s business partner, Johnny “Presto” Centrella, reveals Joe’s biggest fears of a potential four-year prison sentence after pleading guilty for a long list of federal crimes.

“It’s killing him that he knows he’s going to do some time and not be with his daughters [Gia, 13, Gabriella, 11, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 5],” Centrella says in the new issue of Life & Style.

“He told me, ‘The hardest thing is going away and not seeing them grow up.’ ”

Though Johnny says “[Joe’s ] holding it together,” as he awaits sentencing, “you can see he’s a little nervous.”
