Everything You Need to Know About Liz From ‘The Bachelor’ — aka Nick Viall’s One Night Stand!
Nick Viall got a surprise on the premiere episode of The Bachelor when a girl from his past stepped out of a limo.
Nick met Elizabeth “Liz” Sandoz at former Bachelor in Paradise contestants Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert‘s wedding — and it wasn’t long before viewers found out the pair had a one night stand.

“When she stepped out of the limo I was in utter shock. I had no idea that she was planning on coming, and I hadn’t spoken with her in about nine month,” Nick wrote for his People blog. “I was caught off guard when she started talking to me as if we had never met. With the understanding that everyone was there with at least an open heart to the possibility of finding love, it didn’t make sense to me that Liz would think I wouldn’t remember who she was, but at the same time, still think I was someone that she might fall in love with.”
Talk about awkward! However, what else is there to know about the 29-year-old doula from Las Vegas?
She loves to travel.
Along with her work as a doula, Liz is also a travel blogger and self-proclaimed world explorer. Her Instagram page is filled with photos from her many adventures, including building an orphanage in Thailand, ziplining through Colombia and having a dance party in the desert.

She loves kids.
Along with working as a doula and being an “auntie” to 12, the brunette beauty spends a lot of her traveling time meeting local kids.
“Never underestimate how loud your love is,” she captioned a photo with her students in Kenya. “The kids at Monica Memorial taught me more than I could ever teach them. I miss the way they would shout, “Teacher! Teacher!” to get my attention and invite me to engage with them.”

She is BFFs with Jade Roper.
Not only was she a guest at Jade and Tanner’s wedding, she was also the maid of honor. Liz and Jade are best friends, and are constantly gushing about each other on social media.
“I still feel so honored to have stood by her side and witness this truly inspiring kind of #love<” she captioned a photo with the bride.
She is obsessed with yoga
Along with travel blogger and doula, you can add yogi to Liz’s impressive resume. The Bachelor contestant shows off her flexibility at breathtaking locations around the world — and we think Nick would be impressed.
She has a few tattoos.
Liz has a handful of tattoos, you just have to look hard to spot them.
“A fish, flower, arrow, tree, another tree, a saying, a star, another saying,” she listed for the reality dating competiton. “They are on my sides, left foot, left wrist, right finger and back.”
