‘Borat’ Star Sacha Baron Cohen’s Father Gerald Dies at the Age of 83
Gerald Baron Cohen, the father of Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen, has reportedly died at the age of 83.
According to the Daily Mail, the successful businessman passed away at his home in London following a brief illness.

The 44-year-old actor was very close to his father, bringing him to various award shows — including the 2013 BAFTAs where he received the Charlie Chaplin Britannia Award for Excellence in Comedy.
Neither Sacha nor his wife, actress Isla Fisher, have commented on the death, but several of his Gerald’s employees have spoken out, calling him a “real gentleman.” His office confirmed the death.
