How Victoria Pippo Is Empowering the Next Generation of Healers
Victoria Pippo is a self-described intuitive guide and energy healer, working to empower others to escape from feeling trapped by invisible constraints. Whether you’ve struggled with emotional reactivity, self-sabotage, or feel like you don’t belong, Victoria hopes to change hearts and minds with a message of healing. Her work shows that it is possible to make a new path forward by resolving personal struggles.
Childhood Trauma, Addiction, and Recovery
Victoria’s own healing journey began in a dark place. She was raised in a volatile and neglectful home, and quickly learned to suppress emotions in favor of external validation. This childhood trauma carried over into her college years, becoming a vicious cycle of seeking approval and chasing tangible success—something that drove her to addiction.
“I was a high-functioning addict,” Victoria says. “I was driven by a need to prove myself, to escape the pain of my past.”
During this bleak period, Victoria found that there was a link between her need to appear perfect externally and her addiction. Both were fueled by a need to numb emotion, feel in control, and fill a void within.
Discovering Meditation and Inner Healing
When she discovered meditation, Victoria at last found that self-awareness was the true key to fulfillment rather than what the trauma had taught her. Initially a tool to manage her anxiety, meditation quickly became a method for Victoria to achieve inner healing.
“Meditation allowed me to connect with a deeper part of myself, a source of wisdom and strength I didn’t know I had,” Victoria explains.
Understanding Inner Emotions
Through consistent meditative practice, Victoria grew more deeply connected with her emotions. As she learned to identify them, she came to understand them—with understanding, she could manage them.
Emotional awareness, she found, was crucial for breaking the cycle of trauma and building healthy relationships with herself and others. It was difficult and uncomfortable, but she found that the rewards were worth it.
Victoria believes that breaking the cycle is about acknowledging the wounds of the past and consciously choosing a different path.

Finding a New Purpose
As Victoria continued to connect with herself and others on a deeper level, she came to realize that her gifts could be shared with others. The practices she learned helped her to come so far in overcoming personal trauma, and she felt that they could help others do the same.
“I realized that my experiences, my pain, had a purpose,” Victoria says. “It was all part of a larger plan to help others awaken to their own potential… We are all healers in our own way. Whether you’re a teacher, an artist, a parent, or a healthcare worker, you have the ability to bring positive change to the world.”
A Mission to Help Others to Find Fulfillment
By confronting her trauma, reclaiming her vulnerability, and practicing self-discovery, Victoria now works to change the lives of others. Her work serves those who hope to find fulfillment and reminds everyone that the past is not a binding force. At the Sovereign Healer School, Victoria provides a path to self-discovery and authenticity. As she believes, those who heal themselves can become a healer to the world.
