As mentioned, this is hardly the first time that Anfisa has put her body on full display. Even so, her followers can’t enough and love to comment words of praise and encouragement.

“God job, mama! You look amazing and beautiful. What you are doing takes blood, sweat and tears. It takes hard work and dedication to change your body — no matter if you want to lean or bulk up. So, hold your head up high and do your thing, girl!” one (particularly motivating) user commented.

“You look amazing! Keep rocking it. Good luck at your show,” added another. I hope you rock it! You look bomb. Good luck from Canada,” someone else echoed. See that? Anfisa has fans all over the globe! 

As far as prepping for her competition is concerned, Anfisa pretty much eats, sleeps and breathes exercise. We mean, come on, just look at her body. Thankfully, she’s very forthcoming about sharing her fitness tips and tricks.

From her workouts to diet, Anfisa is constantly advising her followers on how to live their healthiest lives. She even has her own YouTube channel dedicated to it!

For example, the brunette beauty legit broke down everything she eats in a single day — breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack! What could be better that? After all, getting a nutritionist isn’t cheap.

For breakfast, Anfisa said she eats “scrambled eggs with veggies and [an] English muffin with peanut butter.” Sounds pretty delicious, if you ask us! So, next time you’re thinking about grabbing just an iced coffee, maybe try a little sustenance.

For the second meal of the day, Anfisa loves to chow down on “salmon, lentils, barley and spinach.” Wow, what a colorful meal! Most people just inhale a basic salad.

Anfisa’s dinner actually sounds the most delectable, in our opinion. “Chicken, sweet potatoes and broccoli” seasoned with her favorite “coconut Aminos seasoning.”

More important than meals, however, is the snacks! Everyone loves a good snack and thankfully, Anfisa’s sound great! First, she suggested “Cottage cheese with berries.” Don’t knock it till you try it, people. 

Next up, she recommended “chocolate covered mini rice cakes” or “jicama sticks.” OK, so it’s not potato chips, but you’ll undoubtedly feel much better about yourself after noshing on some of Anfisa’s preferred snacks.

“This is not very different from what I’ve been eating before I started prep,” she revealed. “I adjust the amounts of ingredients in each meal based on my macro goals for the day. If it’s a day when I can have more carbs, I make more sweet potatoes/lentils/ or eat a couple more rice cakes. If it’s a lower carb day, I do the opposite or switch higher-carb foods with something lower in carb.”

Once again, Anfisa’s followers are beyond thankful for her helpful hints. “Girl, I’m going to save this as a reference. You have such a great body,” one commented.
