’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Steven Shares Before and After Pics From His Fitness Journey

Steven wasn’t exactly a fan favorite after the first few episodes of season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé because of the way he treated Olga, 21, after she gave birth to their son.

But Steven has been working on himself, and it turns out he found out what was causing his mood swings.

“Let’s face it, we all know I was a moody guy. Over time I learned about how little I was eating, at the time I did not realize how our eating habits affect our mood as well,” Steven wrote in his caption of a before and after pic on Instagram. “Olga taught me that we are what we eat. On the left photo (three and half months ago) I was 145 lbs, On the right photo (two weeks ago) I am now 156 lbs. As of today, I can say how right she was, eating a healthy diet is so good for us in more ways than we think.”

“Flashback to three months ago when it all started and I realized all was wrong with my body itself,” Steven continued. “In Saint Petersburg, Olga took a photo of me from behind while playing with our son, she then showed me the photo and said, ‘Steven look, do you see what I mean?’ I could see my rib outline from my back.”

“At the moment, I realized it’s time for a big change in my lifestyle habits (slowly still realizing),” Steven continued.

“As a father and husband, I must be a protector to my family, in order for that though I must pick myself up and push my limits,” the father-of-one wrote.

“My main goal is to be excellent in Calisthenics,” he said, which is a form of exercise that relies on body weight exercises and uses little equipment to help achieve fitness goals.

It looks like Steven has really been trying to change for the better ever since he and Olga welcomed their son into the world.

The couple was first introduced to fans on season 6 of TLC’s hit reality TV series 90 Day Fiancé.

They met while the Russian beauty was visiting Ocean City, Maryland over the summer. The couple’s fling quickly turned serious after they found out that Olga was pregnant after only a month and a half of dating.

The couple then decided that they would raise their child together as a family, and Steven was supposed to start the K-1 visa process right after Olga returned to Russia. The K-1 visa allows a foreigner to enter the United States legally as the fiancé of an American citizen, and the couple has to get married within 90 days after the foreigner arrives in the states or they’ll have to return to their home country.

But he later admitted to Olga that he didn’t submit the paperwork until after he visited her in Russia for the first time so he could be present for his son’s birth.

“And I know that it was very wrong of me, but I feel like I should be honest with you about that,” Steven told Olga in one particular scene. “I just didn’t know what was going on with us because we got pregnant and we just decided [on the] K-1 visa. And to me, I was like, we didn’t really get a chance to speak about it. So in my mind, I just wanted to hold off for a little bit until I got to know you a little bit more.”

But after he got his secret off his chest, Steven got down on one knee and officially proposed to Olga — and after she said yes, he immediately started the process for her K-1 visa.

Now, Steven and Olga seem to be still going strong and they’re currently waiting for Olga’s visa to be approved!
