’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Paola Shares Breast Pumping Pic Before Going on a Mom’s Night Out

The TLC reality TV star took to Instagram on Saturday, February 16, to share a photo of her all dressed up for a fun night out for the first time since welcoming Axel in January. “Mom’s day off,” she wrote in the caption.

And before the mommy shamers could call her out for leaving her son with a nanny or a babysitter, she let everyone know who was taking care of her baby. “Before you ask … ‘Where is Axel?’ [He’s] with his papi,” she added.

She also showed fans how she prepared for her night out — by pumping breastmilk for little Axel. “Raw Pao before going out,” she wrote in the caption, then added the hashtags “#pumpingmom #breastpumping #pumpingbeforegoingout #normalizebreastfeeding #90dayfiance.”

Paola is not shy about breastfeeding. Just one month after Pao gave birth, she captured this sweet moment while feeding her baby boy. “My mornings. Axel and Mommy bonding,” she wrote in the caption, and added the hashtags “#dontlikeitdontlook #breastfeeding #bondingwithbaby #breastfeedinginpublic #breastfeedingmom #breastfeedwithoutfear #normalizebreastfeeding.”

Paola seems to be loving mommy life so far, and she’s been open about her postpartum journey on Instagram. Just one week after giving birth, she shared this underwear photo of her post-baby body.
“My body is healing great with no crazy diet and resting when I am able, sleepless nights and a lot of work,” she wrote in the caption. “But to be honest, it’s totally worth it! We are so in love and we can’t take our eyes off of our baby Axel.”

At about five weeks postpartum, Pao started working out again. “I’m back to workouts at home, even [though] it is not easy having a boy asking for mami all the time,” she wroten on Instagram. “But I’m focused on restoring my core and pelvic floor.”

But just because Pao is getting fit again, she still loves her curves! “I can’t believe my body birthed a baby almost a month ago. I’m still healing inside and out,” Pao wrote on Instagram. “No matter how crazy my body has changed, I just love the fact that I’m a mom of an amazing son! I really miss working out but at this point, my priorities are Axel and completely healing my body. There’s nothing wrong with big boobs and a big butt. I’m Latina and don’t like to be skinny! Honestly, I’m loving my curves!”

She also got very honest about her mental health about two weeks after giving birth to her son.

“I’ve been having a tough week, I’m not going to lie. I think I’m experiencing the baby blues after giving birth,” she wrote on Instagram. “My only motivation is seeing my baby growing strong and healthy. I normally don’t like to open up this much on social media but at the same time, it’s good to open up and talk about it knowing this will pass soon!”

Paola and her husband Russ Mayfield, 31, were first introduced to fans on season 1 of TLC’s hit reality TV series 90 Day Fiancé.

They are the only couple from their season who are still a part of the franchise.

They returned to the franchise on season 1 of the spinoff, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After.

Russ and Pao also starred on seasons 2 and 3, and they are rumored to be one of the couples returning for the upcoming fourth season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After.

On season 3, Russ and Pao opened up about the heartbreaking miscarriage that they suffered shortly before conceiving their rainbow baby.
