Nikki Bella And Rumored Boyfriend Artem Chigvintsev Are ‘Really Into Each Other’
Love is in the air! Following Nikki Bella’s highly publicized split from her ex-fiancé, John Cena, the Total Bellas star, 35, has finally moved on. Who’s the lucky man, you ask? None other than her former Dancing with the Stars partner, Artem Chigvintsev. “They got together for dinner and the chemistry from the dance floor came right back,” a source told Life & Style. “They hit it off. They’re taking it slow, but they’re really into each other.” Get it, girl!
Now as happy as we are for Nikki and Artem, we can’t help but feel a wee bit sorry for John, 41. After all, Artem, 36, was slated to play a role in John and Nikki’s almost wedding. The brunette beauty and professional dancer appeared together on Season 25 of DWTS in 2017, and as a result, Artem and John became close, too.
“As far as dancing, I think he’s probably gonna teach me my first dance,” John gushed in an interview at the time. “So, hopefully I’ll be able to take those tips from him there.” Geez. Can you say awkward? There’s seriously nothing worse than your ex moving on with someone you know, let alone a friend.
That said, it does seem as though John is slowly but surely moving on from the split. Most recently, the Blockers actor even joked about the pair’s breakup. Nothing says “I’m no longer a mess” like laughing at your failed relationship, right? During WWE’s Smackdown on Jan. 1, John quipped: “Some man’s gonna walk down here and try to tell me that I’m an old, broken down, part-timing Hollywood wannabe that should just get a haircut and leave WWE faster than Nikki Bella left me. So, that cat’s out of the bag.” A good joke or a cry for help? Er, we’ll let you guys be the judge.
