It’s a very unlikely friendship that has come out of Bachelor Nation. Colton Underwood and Tia Booth left Bachelor in Paradise after a tumultuous relationship that wasn’t quite able to get off the ground. However, it looks like when they left Mexico, they left all their saltiness in the ocean, because they’re still on great terms! Tia’s message to Colton ahead of The Bachelor premiere was actually super sweet and supportive.

“Hey [Colton] remember that time you wore a sleeveless sweatshirt at the beach and we realized we were 0% compatible and solely meant to be supportive friends?” the Arkansas native captioned a sweaty photo of the two at the gym. In her defense, Colton does wear a lot of sleeveless sweatshirts — are they for warmth or air circulation?

“Well, here’s my support. Now keep your damn shirt on and go find you a gal,” Tia sweetly said with a red rose emoji. The southern beauty also added “#thiswasafterparadise” and “#yeahitspossible” to the caption, referring to their friendly relationship after an unsuccessful romantic stint.

It’s great to see that there’s no animosity between these exes! In fact, Tia has moved on with a new man. In mid-November, the reality TV star posted a photo with a new mystery guy who turned out to be Nashville native Cory Cooper. When her BFF and Bachelor alum Raven Gates, commented, “Nashville and love look good on you,” fans knew it was serious. The two are still currently dating and seem absolutely smitten with each other.

As for Colton, his journey to find love begins on Jan. 7 with 30 gorgeous contestants. “Once you get to see him and know him, everyone is going to fall in love with him and really respect that he is so open, so vulnerable, so emotional,” show host, Chris Harrison, revealed to E! News about the season.

Time will tell what’s in the love department for Colton, but he’s always got Tia as a friend.
