Ariana Grande Sweetly Calls Out Demi Lovato For Not Answering Her Texts: ‘Love U’
Someone’s popular! On Wednesday, March 6, Ariana Grande jokingly called out Demi Lovato for not being good at texting. According to a screenshot the “God Is a Woman” singer, 25, shared, the Disney alum, 26, had 80 unread messages.
Ari posted proof of Demi’s poor texting etiquette onto her Instagram Story, along with a nice little message. “jesus christ, demi. answer ur texts. love u,” she wrote. Demi has yet to respond, but that seems unlikely LOL.
The two pop stars share a special bond. Late last month, Ariana shared a few words about her upcoming tour, hyping fans up, but Demi wasn’t too happy about missing her friend. “25 days till sweetener/ thankunext tour. love u and can’t wait to see you. p.s. i’m going to call it the sweetener/ thank u, next tour from now on since i’m doing songs from both albums,” she captioned a video post of herself singing. Demi made sure to show Ari how she felt. “I’m happy you’re getting to tour but can you not leave me? Thanks,” she commented.
A few days prior to that, the former Nickelodeon actress defended her friendship with Demi when fans assumed the worst. “It’s so funny how Ariana be supporting Miley [Cyrus] so openly but stays quiet if Demi has music out,” a Twitter follower wrote on February 19. “This is why I don’t really like Ariana …” Ari then cleared the air. “I talk to her everyday [you] psycho,” the chart-topper responded on February 20. “So much happens off the internet and it’s all so much love too! You’d all be so happy to know that.” In that case, it’s safe to assume Demi doesn’t leave Ariana on read.
Maybe the 80 texts are from other pals checking in on her after her recent breakup with Henri Levy. Whatever the case is, we know it’s all love and Demi is just a busy gal. You go, girl!
