WWE Alum Baron Corbin Shares ‘Crazy’ Experience With Taylor Swift in Travis Kelce’s Arrowhead Suite
Former WWE wrestler Baron Corbin opened up about his “crazy” experience watching a Kansas City Chiefs home game at Arrowhead Stadium in Travis Kelce’s private suite alongside Taylor Swift.
During the Thursday, January 23, episode of the “Insight With Chris Van Vliet” podcast, Baron, 40, reflected on reconnecting with Travis, 35, at a charity event for Big Slick KC and landed an invite to experience a Chiefs game with the best seats in the house.
“[Travis and I] we’re, like, buds now,” the former football player gushed. “He’s like, ‘Yo, come to a game. Let me treat you to a game [and] stay in my suite.’ He’s like, ‘I own a suite there.’”
Baron eventually made his way to Arrowhead Stadium alongside his uncle and brother, who joked about whether Taylor, 35, was going to show up in the private area.
“As they say it, she was [walking] into the room,” Baron shared, continuing, “My brother’s freaking a little bit and she walks right up to everybody, gives them a hug [and] gave us a hug like it was like you were instantly family.”
Baron had nothing but genuinely positive things to say about “super dope and super humble” Taylor – and even shared how much patience the “Lover” singer has with fans and peers.
“It was crazy ‘cause I [felt] like I was in a fishbowl and I wanted out of the suite,” Baron shared. “It’s just mobs of people taking selfies of Taylor and just her existing. I’ve never been around someone like that. It’s a different magnitude. You felt like everyone in the stadium is staring at you because you’re standing behind her.”
However, Baron had an opportunity to chat with the Grammy-winning artist, who he said was accompanied by her security guard and “no entourage.” Their interaction went so well that Baron and his two family members were later invited to Travis and Taylor’s joint holiday party in December 2024.
“Travis threw a little Christmas party [and] we hung out,” Baron added. “[She was] super dope. … She’s just a regular human being [who] is probably the most influential person in the world right now and unbelievably talented, writes all her own stuff. It’s so refreshing to see someone like that.”
Ever since Taylor and Travis started dating in summer 2023, the pair have proved that they will cheer each other on when they’re not tied down with their busy work schedules. The “Fortnight” artist has attended countless Kansas City Chiefs games since her first trip to Travis’ home stadium in September 2023.
Meanwhile, Travis showed off his best dance moves at some of Taylor’s Eras tour shows all over the world. The June 23, 2024, show in London, however, will be a concert that neither of them will ever forget.
During a skit in the show, the Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity? host surprised fans by performing alongside Taylor on stage. The Eras tour ended in December 2024 after 149-show run, and Taylor has since attended most of Travis’ home games and is “ready to enter the next chapter” with the professional athlete.
“After 21 months on the road and a year-and-a-half with Travis, Taylor is ready for this next chapter to begin with the love of her life,” a source exclusively told Life & Style in a story published on January 9. “[They have] got a lot to look forward to, and they couldn’t be more excited about it.”
