Scott and Bella seemingly confirmed the romance rumors when the father-of-three was photographed fondling the former Disney star’s breast while vacationing in Cannes together, however it appears as though their flame has already fizzled out. Shortly after their PDA-filled days together, Scott was spotted with another woman — which clearly didn’t sit well with Bella.
