Beyoncé Looks Exactly Like Blue Ivy in This Throwback Pic and We’re Legit Tripping Out

Like mother, like daughter. Beyoncé’s mom, Tina Knowles Lawson, took to Instagram on Sunday, Oct. 7, to share a throwback photo of her famous daughter. But, TBH, we almost thought the girl in the pic was the “Halo” singer’s five-year-old, Blue Ivy Carter!

In the post, a young Bey is pictured getting her hair done by a woman named Toni. Not only does the pic prove that the Destiny’s Child alum, now 36, was an adorable kid; it confirms that her little girl Blue Ivy most definitely takes after mom in the looks department. Even Tina couldn’t help but comment on the uncanny resemblance. “If Beyonce don’t look like Blue on this photo!!!” she wrote alongside the photo.

And the Beyhive definitely agrees. “Omg I thought this was Blue! It’s crazy how much Blue and her mom look like each other. So freaking cute” one fan shared, while another wrote, “AH Twins! I always thought Blue looked like her dad but damn I was wrong.” For years, fans have remarked over how much Blue Ivy looks like her father, JAY-Z, but Miss Tina’s Instagram is assurance that the young’un is the perfect combination of both her parents.

Beyoncé — who welcomed twins Rumi and Sir with her hip-hop star hubby, 47, back in June — opened up about the joy of raising her eldest child and mini-me in an interview for Garage magazine’s Spring/Summer 2016 issue. “Out of everything I’ve accomplished, my proudest moment hands down was when I gave birth to my daughter Blue,” she gushed at the time.
