Beyonce and Jay-Z’s Daughter Blue Ivy Looks So Grown Up at ‘Mufasa’ Premiere With Parents

Her Moment to Shine

Blue held her composure and stood for solo shots on the red carpet. She was later joined by her family members, who celebrated her success at the Mufasa premiere.

“If I, like, told myself that I was in a movie, I’d, like, never believe myself,” Blue said on Good Morning America. “It’s just a really amazing experience and I feel like everybody that’s a part of this is so helpful and so supportive.”

Bey and Blue coordinated outfits and shined throughout the night. The family matriarch wore a strapless Balmain gown, which was created in collaboration with the film. The dress featured a plunging neckline, circular reflective embellishments and a high leg slit that exposed her toned legs.

After the event, Beyoncé shared photos of Blue via Instagram and told her one more time how proud she was of her eldest child.

“My gorgeous baby girl. This is your night. You worked hard and you did such a beautiful job as the voice of Kiara. Your family could not be prouder. Keep shining,” the “Halo” artist captioned the December 9 post.

Jay-Z hopped in for a few photos and complemented his favorite women by sporting a fitted brown suit, white shirt and black tie.

The “Single Ladies” singer’s mother, Tina Knowles, wasn’t going to miss her granddaughter’s big night and completed the family night at the Mufasa premiere.

Adding to Her Resume

Blue’s role as Kiara is her first debut role in a feature film and she hopes her success encourages other girls to chase their dreams.

“I feel like this is just a great experience for me, and I’m really happy for girls that look like me all around the world [who] are able to watch this movie and hear and see themselves in it,” she told Good Morning America.
