‘Botched’ Star Dr. Paul Nassif Does His Own Botox — and, TBH, We’re Really Impressed

Renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif sure isn’t afraid of needles! The Botched star, 55, took to Instagram on Tuesday, Nov. 28, to share a video of himself injecting his own Botox. Watch the E! personality tighten up his neck in the video below!

This isn’t the first time Paul has prodded himself on social media. Back in July, the handsome surgeon suggested that injecting Botox into his neck is the secret to his relatively youthful appearance. “Helping out my neck with a little botox!” he captioned another video of his one-person procedure.

But when it comes to bigger cosmetic enhancements, Paul lets others do the work. “I had my nose done four times. I’ve had a little bit of filler before, a little bit of Botox before,” he told Los Angeles Confidential in May 2015. “So I have been a patient, not in my own hands, obviously.”

The dad-of-three — who shares sons Gavin, 14, and 11-year-old twins Collin and Christian with his ex-wife, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Adrienne Maloof — isn’t the only reality star who likes to inject themselves at home.

Back in October, The Real Housewives of DallasCary Deuber told Life & Style that she, too, does her own Botox. “I do my own Botox! It’s so easy,” the stunning CRNFA — who also works as an assistant in the operating room of her husband Dr. Mark Deuber’s Dallas plastic surgery practice — said. “And I do my own lips.”

We’ve got one word for both Paul and Cary: talent.
