The OG Real Housewife of Orange County, Vicki Gunvalson, is very candid when it comes to her plastic surgery obsession. In 2012, the 55-year-old admitted to getting a nose job, chin implants, and fat injections in her face to smooth out wrinkles. And in 2016, she told Andy Cohen she had recently undergone an eye lift.

“Of course I did,” she said of the rumors. “I’m not going to deny it. Doesn’t it look great?!” Life & Style talked to a few experts who are divided on the results of Vicki’s various tweaks. Note: None of the doctors quoted in this article have worked with Vicki directly.

“Overall, she’s looking more and more plastic,” says plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn. “Her cheeks look plumped up, and I also suspect she’s smoothed her forehead and frown lines with Botox.” Adds surgeon Dr. Ryan Neinstein, “Her cheeks are slightly overfilled, and she has a very sculpted appearance.” But board-certified dermatologist Dr. Gary Goldenberg says Vicki “looks good — contouring with fillers has helped her look youthful, and laser work has helped her skin quality.” Scroll down to see what else our experts think she’s had done!

Forehead

“It seems she’s been getting Botox for some time,” says Dr. Goldenberg. “There are no wrinkles or fine lines on her forehead.” Price tag: $900–$1.2K.

Cheeks

Vicki likely has had fat or filler injected in her midface area. “The contouring is done well, and it’s not too overdone,” says Dr. Goldenberg. Facial fillers run about $1.2–$1.5K.

Skin

“She doesn’t have a lot of sun damage,” notes Dr. Goldenberg, who credits microneedling (in which miniscule punctures are made in the skin to stimulate collagen growth). Cost: $600 and up.

Lips

Her noticeably fuller pout “looks to be filled with Juvéderm,” says Dr. Youn, who estimates the cost of top and bottom lip injections at about $2K.
