If you follow Britney Spears on social media, you know she’s all about fitness. The 38-year-old took to Instagram on Thursday, January 2, to show off what her latest hobby is: acro-yoga, which is a combo of acrobatics and yoga.

In the clip, Brit wore a tiny purple bikini, while she did her thing as her dogs watched. The blonde beauty may look like an expert, but it turns out she’s new to the physical activity. “In 2020, I will be doing a lot more acro-yoga and the basics for yoga …. I’m a beginner and it’s kind of hard to let go, learning to trust and letting someone else hold your body!” she began her caption.

I was lucky today with this beautiful weather 🍀🍀🌸🌸🌸☀️ I just flew in from a trip with my family and I ran a 6.8 speed outside my house for a 100 meter yard dash … I did 6 in high school so I’m trying to gain speed !!!! We’re so glad Britney is still posting regularly on the ‘gram. She had a whirlwind of a year in 2019, which is why her sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, advised her to take a hiatus from social media. “Jamie Lynn told Britney that sometimes the healthiest thing is to step back and take a break. Britney is so super sensitive and vulnerable and reading all the comments people leave on her page can be really damaging to her,” a source exclusively told Life & Style. “Jamie Lynn is one of the very few people who can speak candidly to Britney and be honest with her.”

By the looks of it, though, Britney seems to be doing OK!
