Brody Jenner Just Made It Very Clear the Kardashians Aren’t Invited to His Wedding
When it comes to Brody Jenner and fiancée Kaitlynn Carter‘s upcoming wedding, one thing is for sure — there will be no Kardashians in sight. The couple is planning to tie the knot on the Indonesian island of Bali without his stepsisters Kourtney, Kim, and Khloé Kardashian in attendance.
“It’s no secret that Brody doesn’t care for the Kardashians,” an insider told Life & Style. “He hates Kris [Jenner] and Kim the most, but really, he hates being associated with the family at all.” Brody’s dad Caitlyn Jenner will be at the wedding but it’s still up in the air if his sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner get invites. “He may not invite his half-sisters Kendall and Kylie, either,” the insider added.
Last weekend at Coachella, Brody made his feelings for the Kardashians very clear. When asked about the famous clan, he reportedly yelled, “They’re not my f–king family.” Yikes. However, his wedding diss shouldn’t come as a huge surprise given how he wasn’t allowed to bring Kaitlynn to Kim’s wedding to Kanye West in 2015. “I don’t know why Brody is still talking about this,” Kim explained on KUWTK. “We were very strict about our wedding. There were less than 200 people there. Everyone else respected that — it’s not a big deal. We love our stepbrothers. It just seems like they are always talking about this divide.”
Kris added, “Kim didn’t know if it was a girlfriend for five minutes or a girlfriend for five years. He just started dating her when we sent the invitations out.” Oh, how the tables have turned.
Brody, 34, and Kaitlynn, 29, have been engaged since 2016 when The Hills star proposed to his longtime girlfriend on the Indonesian island of Sumba. “On May 4th 2016 I got engaged to my lover and my best friend @kaitlynn_carter,” Brody wrote at the time. “I couldn’t be more in love with this woman and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with her.” Kaitlynn also shared the exciting news, captioning a photo of her new engagement ring, “This trip has been memorable for many reasons… happiest girl in the world!!” We can’t wait to see the Kardashian-free wedding pics!
