While guest co-hosting The View, the British star said, "If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald Trump?"

Kelly later posted a public apology to Facebook writing, "I want to start by saying I ALWAYS take responsibility for my actions. In this particular case I will take responsibility for my poor choice of words but I will not apologize for being a racist as I am NOT. I whole-hearted[ly] f—ed up today."

Amanda Bynes

The former child star tweeted at Rihanna writing, "You look so ugly tryin' to be white." She added, "Chris Brown beat you because you're not pretty enough."

Miley Cyrus

In 2009, a photo of the former Disney star pulling her eyelids to make them appear slanted was leaked online.

Asian-American groups demanded an apology from the then teenage Miley and a spokesman of the Organisation of Chinese American (OCA) said, "We hope that Miley Cyrus will apologize to her fans and the APA community for this lapse in judgment and takes the opportunity to better understand why the gesture is offensive."

Azealia Banks

The singer lashed out using the "n-word" and other racial slurs at former One Direction member Zayn Malik in a series of tweets.

She later apologized via an Instagram post writing, "Employing racial/sexual slurs/stereotypes in attempts to make fun of or degrade another person or group is absolutely unacceptable and is not fair or fun for anyone."

Mel Gibson

The famous actor has made multiple racist remarks during his career. In 2006, he was arrested for driving under the influence and made an anti-Semitic remark. "F—king Jews… The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world… Are you a Jew?"

Mel was also recorded telling ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva that if she gets raped "by a pack of n—ers," it would be her fault.

Paula Deen

The celebrity chef admitted to using the "n-word" in the past and subsequently was fired from her show on the Food Network.

Hulk Hogan

The professional wrestler was recorded using the "n-word."

WWE later severed all ties to Hulk and years later he released an apology. "Eight years ago I used offensive language during a conversation. It was unacceptable for me to have used that offensive language; there is no excuse for it; and I apologize for having done it."

Giuliana Rancic

The television personality came under scrutiny after making racist comments after singer Zendaya wore her hair in dreadlocks at the Academy Awards. During Fashion Police she said, "I feel like she smells like patchouli oil… or weed.”

She later apologized tweeting, "Dear @Zendaya, I'm sorry I offended you and others. I was referring to a bohemian chic look. Had NOTHING to do with race and NEVER would!!!"

Paris Hilton

The socialite turned businesswoman caused controversy when footage was leaked of her saying, "We're like two n—ers" while dancing to The Notorious B.I.G's song "Hypnotize" with sister Nicky Hilton.
