‘Growing Up Chrisley’ Star Chase Chrisley Is ‘Happier’ Than Ever With New Girlfriend Kayla Puzas
Heating up! Chase Chrisley hasn’t always been so lucky in the love department and we’ve watched some of his previous relationships play out on his family’s hit reality TV series, Chrisley Knows Best. But now, fans will get to meet his new girlfriend, Kayla Puzas, during season 2 of USA’s spinoff, Growing Up Chrisley, and Chase gushed about his new lady love exclusively with Life & Style.
“Kayla is introduced in season 2 of Growing Up Chrisley and, yeah, I’m very excited about it,” the 23-year-old confessed. “I’m very happy. I’m happier than I have been in any other relationship. It’s going really well.”
Chase added that it took a few years for them to make things official. “We actually went to high school together and she was a year older than me. So, I was always chasing the upperclassmen,” he explained. “I mean timing just didn’t work out. She said I was just a little rude back in high school and things have changed … You have to have room to grow.”
Chase is happy with Kayla and his sister Savannah is wedding planning with her fiancé, Nic Kerdiles. However, relationships aren’t the only thing fans will get to see during season 2. “I think that it’s a lot of Savannah and I growing and it’s just learning what works and what doesn’t,” the reality star admitted. “I mean, we work on evolving our careers as well as focusing on our personal lives and making sure that’s intact.”
Growing Up Chrisley follows Chase and Savannah’s adventures in Los Angeles to pursue their dreams and have a little fun along the way. The famous family has been on television for almost 10 years and are known for being 100 percent themselves. Chase divulged, “At first we were like, ‘Oh yeah, let’s act a certain way,’ and now it’s just like, ‘I don’t care. This is how it is. If y’all don’t like it then I guess y’all don’t like it.'” He added that they’re “grateful” and “appreciate” their loyal fans.
Of course, Todd Chrisley will also make appearances throughout the show to give his two youngest kids a little guidance now and then.
We can’t wait to see what’s in store for them! Season 2 of Growing Up Chrisley premieres on Tuesday, August 6 at 10:30 p.m. ET.
