Chrissy Teigen Is Expertly Hiding Her Baby Bump With “Loose-Fitting Clothing” (EXCLUSIVE)

She’s keeping her bump under wraps! Chrissy Teigen, who is pregnant and expecting her second child with husband John Legend, is keeping her growing belly hidden with lots of flowing ensembles, a source exclusively tells Life & Style.

Chrissy, 31 — who already shares 18-month-old daughter Luna with John, 38 — has been “wearing lots of loose-fitting clothing,” the insider shares, which would hide a bump on the set of her show Lip Sync Battle. As Life & Style exclusively revealed last week, Chrissy and John are going to be second-time parents after the pair revealed that they wanted to expand their family with the help of in vitro fertilization.

“Chrissy is pregnant,” a source told Life & Style, explaining that the Cravings author’s mom, Vilailuck Teigen, let the news slip on the set of Lip Sync Battle. “Chrissy’s mom was overheard saying, ‘My daughter is so emotional these days because she’s pregnant,’” said the insider.

According to the source, Chrissy — who’s been struggling in their marriage to John in recent months — is hoping a baby can relieve their marital issues. The model is praying that having another kid “will keep her and John together,” another source said. “It should give them a huge reason to make the marriage work.”

As In Touch previously reported, constant fighting along with Chrissy’s battle with postpartum depression after welcoming daughter Luna in April 2016 have made married life challenging. Though Chrissy is optimistic, her friends are worried that a baby is the last thing she and John need. This baby “will just be a Band-Aid. They’ll need to do a lot more work on their marriage if it’s going to last,” the insider continued, adding that “Chrissy loves John and wants to make her marriage work.”
