Does Grant Ellis Get Engaged on ‘The Bachelor’?
Yes, Grant popped the question to his final rose recipient, Juliana Pasquarosa, after beating out Litia Garr in the finale that was filmed in the Dominican Republic. He gave Juliana a gorgeous Neil Lane ring during the sweet moment in the March 2025 episode as he got down on one knee
“I truly believe you’re somebody who is my best friend and I’m so grateful for our journey,” Grant told Juliana during the proposal. “And when you’re going through the toughest times in your life, I want you to know that you don’t have to go though it alone, that I’ll be there for you as your man, as your friend, as your partner. Juliana, will you marry me?”
Grant revealed he was planning on moving to Boston to be closer to Juliana at the After the Final Rose special.
Grant Ellis Had a Difficult Decision Ahead of ‘The Bachelor’ Finale
Many were curious how the season would end as Grant was torn up until the very end about who he was going to pick. In the teaser trailer that dropped in November 2024, host Jesse Palmer was shown having an intense conversation with Grant ahead of his final rose ceremony.
“You feel like you know what you want to do?” Jesse asked Grant, who replied, “The truth is … I don’t know.” The host told the day trader, “We got both women. They’re here on standby. And of course, I have to know which one to send first,” as Grant emotionally shook his head and looked downward.
“I don’t know if you could tell from watching that from my reaction, [but] I was surprised. That was something that I haven’t encountered yet as the host in the last four years on any of the franchises,” Jesse told Us Weekly on January 21, 2025. “Normally, I think, our leads have a little bit more clarity — a lot more clarity — heading into the final day. And I really think that’s how conflicted Grant really was.”
The former NFL player called Grant’s contestants “remarkable” women, which made his final decision a challenging one.
“They’re phenomenal every year for whoever our lead is [and] making that decision on the final day is always a very, very difficult decision, but I can appreciate some of why Grant was so conflicted. I’ll just say that,” Jesse explained. “But absolutely without giving away too much, that was authentic and it’s real and it’s not an edit.”
The host hinted that Grant’s dream of finding love came true, saying the reality star was “very, very happy with how things ended.”
Happiness is certainly a good look for Grant and Juliana, who revealed they were still happily together during the After the Final Rose special.
Who Is ‘The Bachelor’ Finalist Juliana Pasquarosa?
The client service associate from Newton, Massachusetts, describes herself as a “bubbly, outgoing woman who isn’t afraid to speak her mind and go after what her heart wants,” in her ABC profile. Juliana comes from a “big Italian family” and wants to find the kind of lasting love that her parents — who were high school sweethearts — share. Grant met Juliana’s family during hometowns and immediately connected with all of them, proving his love for Juliana was unmatched.
