Who Does Grant Ellis Choose on ‘The Bachelor’ Season 29? Final Rose Spoilers and Winner Revealed

Grant Ellis entered The Bachelor season 29 with 25 women vying for his love. However, he could only pick one winner at the end of the season — a decision that host Jesse Palmer said he struggled to make.

“I was surprised. That was something that I haven’t encountered yet as the host in the last four years on any of the franchises,” Jesse told Us Weekly ahead of the January 27, 2025, premiere. “Normally, I think, our leads have a little bit more clarity — a lot more clarity — heading into the final day. And I really think that’s how conflicted Grant really was.”

Though Grant was indecisive at first, he was ultimately able to choose one of his final two women ahead of the final rose ceremony. Spoilers ahead for The Bachelor season 29’s winner.

Does Grant Ellis Get Engaged on ‘The Bachelor’?

Grant walked away from The Bachelor engaged to Juliana after a romantic proposal.

“Juliana, since our first night playing the piano and getting to know you, we’ve always had a connection,” he said during the proposal. “Through this whole journey, you’ve been somebody who has inspired me and kept me laughing with your contagious smile, because we understand what we’ve been through, and we understand what it means to persevere.”

“I truly believe that you’re somebody who is my best friend, and I’m so grateful for our journey, and when you’re going through the toughest times in your life, I want you to know that you don’t have to go through it alone, that I’ll be there for you, as your man, as your friend, as your partner,” Grant added. “Will you marry me?”

Juliana happily accepted the proposal and the pair walked off engaged. They are still together.

Who Is ‘The Bachelor’ Season 29 Winner Juliana Pasquarosa?

Juliana, a 28-year-old from Newton, Massachusetts, was raised in a big Italian family. She was described by ABC as a “bubbly, outgoing woman who isn’t afraid to speak her mind and go after what her heart wants.” Juliana “aspires to find a lasting love like her parents have — they were high school sweethearts,” according to her bio.

“Juliana hopes to meet a man who has a good heart, strong ambition, and loves to hang out with family. Whether it’s dancing with friends, going out to museums and sporting events, or hanging in and watching a movie, Juliana has a good time wherever she goes. Grant, hope you’re ready for a good time!” the bio concluded.

Juliana was raised on Frank Sinatra’s music and isn’t afraid of heights, but she also doesn’t plan on jumping off anything high anytime soon.

One of the Massachusetts native’s dreams is to open a dog-friendly bar someday. She currently works as a client service associate, according to her bio. However, Juliana also cofounded a clothing business called Nice Girls Label, launching in January 2025.

Who Do You Want to See as the Next Golden Bachelor?

“We’ve poured our hearts and souls into this launch. Nice Girls Label is more than just a loungewear collection; it carries a deeper meaning and purpose,” she wrote on Instagram. “Wearing our brand is about more than comfort; it’s about radiating positivity and empowerment. We aspire to inspire you to navigate the world with love and kindness for all.”

Juliana added that Nice Girls Label is “a space where everyone can truly be themselves and feel embraced — a brand designed to unite the spirits of all the Nice Girls. We’re excited to share this journey with you.”

Much like Grant, whose mom signed him up to compete on Jenn Tran’s season of The Bachelorette, Juliana revealed that a family member was responsible for her casting on The Bachelor.

“When your big sis signs you up for #thebachelor and doesn’t tell you… here goes nothing,” she teased on Instagram on January 7, 2025.
