“Just like Grant, Litia loves sports and enjoys watching basketball, football and water polo,” the bio continued. “She also loves riding horses and is a huge fan of the board game Clue, even though she feels that playing it is not her strongest suit. Litia is SO ready to meet her other half and is hoping that Grant will be the guy.”

Litia Garr Opens Up About Her Mormon Faith on ‘The Bachelor’
During the February 24, 2025, episode of The Bachelor, Litia opened up about her Mormon faith during a one-on-one date with Grant.
“My family’s very religious, and we are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which are also known as Mormons or LDS,” she explained during the dinner portion of the date. “And I have typically only dated people in my same religion.”
After Grant admitted he wasn’t very familiar with the religion, she explained that her upbringing in the church played a major factor in how she would like to raise her own kids. “I want God to be part of my marriage. I want my kids to grow up in a house where they know that God loves them and that they’re important, and that their parents love them and that there’s nothing they could do that would make them not loved,” Litia told him.
While Grant does not share the same faith as Litia, he said he understood the importance of her religion. “When I was alone, I would just talk to God. I wouldn’t really talk to anybody else,” he recalled of his own upbringing. “As many times as I messed up in my life, God has always been there for me,” he said.

Grant Ellis and Litia Garr Broke Up During ‘The Bachelor’ Finale
Despite their incredible connection, Grant ultimately decided in the end that Litia was not his person. He broke up with her during the final rose ceremony in the show’s March 2025 finale.
“Grant, I started falling for you on week two but I didn’t tell you because I don’t like to express it, you know,” she told him at the final rose ceremony. “On our one-on-one in Scotland, I knew that I loved you hearing you talk about your childhood and how hard it was growing up and how you felt alone sometimes. It made me want to give you a family so you never have to feel that way. … I can see you as my husband. … I love you so much and I feel so lucky to be loved by you. You just have shown me how I want to be loved forever.”
“Litia, I’ve been looking for an emotional connection and I feel like I have that for you,” Grant told her. “You are one of the most amazing and beautiful women that I’ve ever met. And you deserve to be loved. You deserve to be treated right. This is hard for me. Litia, I love you very much and I want to give you everything that you deserve, but I’m not your person. And I’m sorry to have got to this point. My emotional connection is stronger somewhere else.”
While Grant walked Litia out to her car, she told him she was “disappointed” by his decision to end things. “You’re different than I thought,” she told him.
Litia said that she was “confused, sad and mad” over the breakup.
While driving away, Litia said, “I hope that I can find someone that will love me like that forever. Not today, though.”
What Happened to Grant Ellis in ‘The Bachelorette’ Season 21?
Fans first met Grant during Jenn Tran’s season of The Bachelorette. He made it fairly far in the process during his time on the show and he even went as far to confess to Jenn that he was falling in love with her. However, Jenn didn’t reciprocate those feelings and after the group date in the August 12, 2024, episode, Grant didn’t receive a rose and was sent home.
“I poured everything out, and it wasn’t good enough,” the day trader later told producers during a one-on-one interview. “It just sucks knowing that you feel some way about somebody, and they don’t feel the same about you.”
