Too cute! Vanderpump Rules star LaLa Kent was sure to include her fiancé’s daughter in his birthday festivities. She presented the sweetest Barbie cake to her man, Randall Emmett, and he couldn’t help but feel a bit emotional from all the love.

“Happy Birthday to me!! This is one of the cakes my daughter made me, had a beautiful and fun weekend,” the newly minted 48-year-old captioned a photo of a cake that had a doll dressed like a cheerleader sticking out of the top. “Dad!” was written across Barbie’s uniform and it was so pure. Randall has two children — London and Riley — who he shares with his ex-wife, Ambyr Childers.

He then reflected on how far he’s come. “Can’t believe how fast time goes by, just yesterday I was getting my driver license, graduating high school and making my first movie,” the Florida native continued. “I’m blessed every day. Thank you to my children, mother [Leslee] and father, beautiful fiancée [LaLa] and amazing friends and family, Jenny, Lisa and Easton for always being there for me! Here’s to another year!”

Randall seemed to have a great time celebrating with his friends and his lady love. Their relationship appears to be solid and LaLa has been working hard on staying away from alcohol. “I felt like I was falling into a pattern. But I am actually, for real now, completely sober. I’ve never been happier. So I know it’s something I’ll have to deal with on a day-to-day basis, but it’s the right decision for me,” the reality starlet told Cosmopolitan in December after 42 of sobriety.

She explained that after the tragic passing of her father, Kent Burningham, last year, she turned to alcohol to help cope. “Drinking for me was medication instead of celebration. Instead of going and talking to somebody about losing someone extremely important to you, we turn to things to medicate,” she said.

It’s great to see LaLa doing so well and in a happy relationship.
