Emily Maynard's 'Bachelorette' Contestants: Where Are They Now?

If you’re a fan of the Bachelor franchise, then you probably can’t forget about Emily Maynard and the guys she dated during her season of The Bachelorette in 2012. Some of her exes include Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Sean Lowe.

Emily gave her final rose to Jef Holm and they got engaged on the season finale, but unfortunately, the two called it quits not long after. She had to deal with many allegations that she was unfaithful during their relationship. “I felt like I couldn’t trust anybody,” Emily has said of her past relationship and the media attention it caused. “I stayed home, I lost weight, I cut off my hair, I was doing anything to make myself feel better. It was very lonely. I felt totally isolated.”

Despite their breakup, Emily has no hard feelings for Jef. “I have no regrets because I did find love and shared an incredible journey with a really special person,” she divulged to People in a statement. “And you know what, we tried our best because the love between us was so real. I have nothing but respect and love for Jef and his family.”

Fortunately, the blonde beauty found love again with current husband Tyler Johnson. The couple met long before Emily joined the Bachelor Nation fam. They ended up reconnecting and tying the knot in 2014. Since then, they’ve welcomed three children together. Their first child, Jennings, was born in 2015. Their second son, Gibson, was born the following year and finally, they welcomed their daughter, Gaitlin, in 2017. Emily is also mom to daughter Josephine Riddick Hendrick, whom she welcomed with late ex Ricky Hendrick in 2005.

Despite not ending up with any of her former Bachelor Nation flames, Emily is grateful for the experiences she had on the franchise. “I can’t believe it took 15 seasons for all of the bachelorettes to get together, but when we finally did it was like we’d been best friends forever,” she wrote on Instagram in 2019. “This show is such a unique experience and I felt so honored to be included with this amazing group of women.”
