Has Kendall Jenner Had Plastic Surgery? The Model Reveals the One Cosmetic Procedure She’s Had Done
Kendall Jenner is getting real about plastic surgery rumors.
The 30-year-old supermodel pushed back against years of speculation about her looks during a Jan. 9 appearance on the “In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele” podcast, insisting that her famous features are largely untouched.
“There’s a whole world on the internet that thinks I’ve had full facial reconstruction and whatever,” Jenner explained. “I’m not here to convince anyone, but I’m just here to tell you the truth, which is that I’ve never had any plastic surgery — on my face, nothing.”
While Jenner hasn’t gone under the knife, she did admit to two cosmetic treatments: “baby Botox” in her forehead (twice) and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), which uses a patient’s own blood to rejuvenate skin.
Of the Botox, she said, “I didn’t love it, and I don’t love it,” adding that while she’s considered going back, she prefers the natural look. “My eyebrows are so straight and low to my eyes that I actually really enjoy the movement that I have.”
Jenner was most animated discussing social media’s obsession with celebrity procedures. “I think it’s actually really damaging what these doctors do online,” she said. “I’ll see videos of me and professional, licensed doctors on Instagram or TikTok, and they’re doing a breakdown of all of the surgeries that I’ve had and all of the work that I’ve had done.”
She added that friends of hers have also been unfairly targeted. “It can affect young people in such an interesting way because then they see that and they’re like, ‘Oh, my God, that’s what I have to do to look like that?’ And then they go rush and go do something silly maybe at a young age … I think it’s really scary.”
Even the persistent nose job rumors weren’t safe from Jenner’s clarification. “I will say, the nose job allegations I’ve gotten — I would believe them if I wasn’t me,” she admitted. “Like, I look at old photos of me and I’m like, ‘Wait, it does look like I have a nose job.’”
But Jenner has a different explanation: acne medication. “I did Accutane for my acne and there’s a theory on TikTok that Accutane shrinks your nose, and you guys, I swear to god, it’s true. Has no one seen this theory? Go on TikTok and look up Accutane.”
The runway fixture battled visible breakouts as a teenager, often walking red carpets while representing ProActiv. “This is a testament to what I’m trying to say: as I got older, I grew into my nose. Like, my nose did look wider, it did feel bigger on my face when I was younger,” Jenner explained.
And just to make sure everyone gets it, Jenner ended the discussion with full confidence. “I swear to god on everything that I love, I’ve never had a nose job,” she declared. “I love my nose, so I’m ok with it.”
