2016

Nikki rose to fame by doing stand-up comedy sets on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Conan and Last Comic Standing. She landed her first special, called Perfect, on Comedy Central in 2016, followed by a Netflix special called Bangin’ in 2019. She went viral for her performance at Netflix’s The Roast of Tom Brady in 2024.

2017

Nikki tweeted a confession about her plastic surgery in 2017, writing, “I know I’m too young for it, but I’ve had tons of plastic surgery on my face. Not to look younger or prettier … to look Von Trapp-ier.”

2019

Nikki told Howard Stern in 2019 that she planned to get plastic surgery someday — “face stuff” in particular. “Everyone whose face you like, every celebrity who you’re like, ‘They’re naturally beautiful,’ they’ve all had stuff done. So just little things here and there,” she told the talk show host. “I think I might get my lips done next week. … The lip thing, you do it and it’s not permanent. … Just a little plump.”

However, Howard tried to convince her not to go through with the procedure, telling Nikki that she would look like a “clown” and that she was beautiful without it.

“I’m canceling my appointment. Thank you, that’s all I needed to hear,” Nikki responded.

2022

Nikki may have put off her plastic surgery procedures, but one operation she underwent was on her vocal cords in 2022. She had to postpone several tour dates in order to have the procedure done and give her throat time to heal.

“Basically, my voice is fried and I’m having it repaired,” she wrote on Instagram in September 2022. “I’m so excited about this. It’s not going to be painful and it’s going to change my life. The only bummer is that recovery from this operation means I won’t be able to speak for 3-5 weeks. Not a word. And so unfortunately, I have to move some Sept/Oct stand-up dates to 2023 … Thank you for understanding. Talk to you then.”

2025

Nikki admitted that she was looking into getting a brow lift or a “really invasive” plastic surgery procedure ahead of the 2025 Golden Globes, although she did not specify what the procedure was.

During her opening monologue at the Golden Globes on January 5, 2025, the Dancing With the Stars alum told a joke about celebrities’ tendency to make excuses for changes in their appearances when it’s really plastic surgery.

“I love where you put your cheekbones. I, too, drink a lot of water. I don’t judge. I do it now, too,” she told the crowd, hinting at her own experience with getting cheek filler. “I love how meditating removes your eyelids, really convenient.”
