The Playboy founder shared a photo of his Thanksgiving celebration on Twitter, nearly two months after he slammed rumors he was "super sick" on the social media platform.

Wearing his signature red silk robe, the 91-year-old was all smiles alongside his son, Cooper Hefner, his son's fiancée Scarlett Byrne and a family friend. Hugh's wife, Crystal Harris, is noticeably absent from the family photo.

This retweet comes after it was reported in September that Hugh was suffering from extreme weight loss and frailer than ever — rumors the famous libertine laughed off.
"I wish the tabloids had informed me a little earlier in the week that I’m sick," he tweeted. "I might have cancelled my weekend plans."
