This retweet comes after it was reported in September that Hugh was suffering from extreme weight loss and frailer than ever — rumors the famous libertine laughed off.
"I wish the tabloids had informed me a little earlier in the week that I’m sick," he tweeted. "I might have cancelled my weekend plans."
Looking good Hugh!
