It Looks Like One Haim Sister May Be a Taylor Swift Bridesmaid — See Her NYC Dinner With Este
In case you were worried that Taylor Swift’s ever-rotating constellation of famous friends had quietly shifted again, fear not: the Haim sisters are still in the inner circle. After a noticeable pause in public outings — long enough for fans to start whispering — Taylor and Este Haim reunited for a very photogenic girls’ night in Manhattan on Tuesday.
The pair arrived at Chez Margaux, an upscale downtown spot, just days before Taylor’s 36th birthday. Swift showed up in full winter noir: a black high-neck top, an oversized Louis Vuitton coat, knee-high boots, sheer tights, and her trademark red lip.
Este matched the energy with a navy trench over a black dress and stilettos and her hair pulled back. In a viral clip circulating on X, the two stepped out of a silver SUV and immediately into a wall of camera flashes, navigating it with the kind of practiced ease that comes from surviving multiple awards seasons.
Their outing is the latest installment in Taylor’s recent “Ladies Who Dine” era, which has included appearances with Sabrina Carpenter, Gigi Hadid and Ashley Avignone — a streak that fans have, naturally, turned into wedding speculation. Are these dinners… the bridesmaid summons?

“All these dinners with her girls… it’s giving collecting your bridesmaids,” one user theorized, while another wrote, “Wait… are we really witnessing the bridesmaid dinners? Lol.”
And honestly? The evidence is mounting. The U.S. Sun even reported that both Hadid and Selena Gomez were tapped as two of the first bridesmaids. According to their source, Hadid “wasn’t expecting” the ask but was “thrilled” while Taylor wants the lead-up to her wedding with Travis Kelce to be “fun and memorable… with parties, trips, and time spent together.”
As for Haim and Swift, their friendship predates several of the pop star’s eras and the Eras Tour. They’ve collaborated on everything from “No Body, No Crime” to “Gasoline,” gone on joint vacations and have performed together several times. The sisters have long praised Taylor as a fiercely loyal friend.
As Alana Haim told PEOPLE in 2023, “She has always put her friends before herself in every situation… She’s the kind of friend that checks up on us for weeks after a tough breakup and is a shoulder to lean on.”
